Many good news this fall:
- The pool has been refurbished and looks beautiful.
- A new irrigation pump has been installed.
- The reserve water tank by the pool can now deliver water to the dock when demand requires.
- The reserve water tank by the pool can also be used for the villas. This will ensure all guests will have adequate water if there is a breakdown with the Watermaker RO system.
- The Villa’s shutters have been replaced/rebuilt/refurbished as needed and painted with three coats of marine grade paint.
- Harbour Island is now connected to the power grid of Eleuthera and the island generators are no longer running.
- Valentines placed a fence between the fuel storage/parking lot and the boat ramp. We also tidied up the public boat ramp area to include repairing and painting of neighbor’s wall south side of the ramp.
- Signs that say “Private” are going up on all four gated entryways to the villa courtyard area. Note there are far fewer non-guests walking the property now that entryway gates are in place.
- Dermalogica Caribbean will build out, stock, and manage the spa.
